Kensington Pride, Honey Gold, Sensation and Calypso.

Selecting
The best way to tell is a mango is ripe is to smell it at the stalk. Ripe mangoes should smell sweet and strong, and be tender to the touch. Colour is not a good indication of ripeness.

Storing
Ripen mangoes at room temperature, then refrigerate for a short time. Keep ripe mangoes in a fruit bowl or in the refrigerator for a chilled snack. Eat within 2-3 days. Don't store mangoes in plastic bags.
